It is administered by the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Water. Sources of the Fund are fees, voluntary contributions, interest on deposit, yield of exchange market operations, and loans. Users of water resources must pay a fee to the Fund. The fee shall be applied in accordance with the specifications determined in the Annex. Subsidies from the Fund are either non-repayable, repayable interest free, or repayable with official interest. Subsidies may be obtained through annual application. Procedures governing the call for application, the adjudication and control of the proper use of subsidies are also included.
