The present Regulation establishes the modalities of carrying out work for the liming of ponds for the purpose of the water and soil acidity neutralization, acceleration of the mineralization of the organic substances of soil and water column, enrichment of the water with biogenic elements, constraint for the spreading of the stagnant vegetation, amelioration of the ground soil and the sorption properties thereof, the efficient use of the mineral and the organic fertilizers, the development of the natural fish feed and the creation of the favourable environmental conditions for fishes. The liming of the ponds of fish farming enterprises shall also be carried out for the amelioration purposes and the prophylaxis of various infectious and invasion fish diseases. The liming of the fish farming ponds shall be the necessary technique for obtaining high and stable fish productivity. In the summertime in the ponds under intensive pressure the liming shall be applied for the normalization of the contents of oxygen and for the prevention of fish kill. Disinfection and disinvasion of ponds, waterworks and equipment shall be used as the complex preventive veterinary and sanitary arrangements. Texte intégral Russe Site web ncpi.gov.by
