Résumé

This Decree establishes sanitary rules, regulations and hygienic requirements for equipment and technological processes for enterprises processing and manufacturing food additives. The aforesaid requirements shall be mandatory for state bodies, institutions, organizations and natural persons, including individual entrepreneurs. Putting in operation of food additives producing and processing enterprises shall be authorized prior consent of state sanitary supervision service. Presence on the territory of enterprises of trees and shrubbery producing in blossom flakes, fibres and furry seeds shall be prohibited. Production area of the enterprises shall contain storage and transportation premises. Maintenance and repairs of production sites shall be prohibited without prior stopping of processing and production lines. All packaging materials shall be certified and shall comply with safety criteria set for foodstuffs.
