Résumé

This Decree applies to farming of fish in saltwater for purposes of human consumption in accordance with Act No. 68 of 1985. Permits for the farming of salmon and sea trout can be given to enterprise or single persons. A change in the ownership structure of enterprises running the fish farming operations shall be communicated to the Directorate of Fisheries (sect. 3). Changes in ownership structure that are not conforming rules of allocation can not be approved. Some restrictions on change of ownership in relation with the concession are laid down in section 5. Sections 6 and 7 set out documentation that shall be submitted to the Directorate. (11 sections completed by an explanatory note)
