Résumé This Decree amends the Institute of Environment of Mato Grosso do Sul (IMASUL) as a public entity that is part of the Indirect Administration of the State Executive Branch, of an autarchic nature, endowed with legal personality under public law, equity and administrative and operational autonomy. Under the terms of Law No. 4.640 of 24 December 2014, and its amendments, IMASUL is linked to the Secretariat of State for Environment, Economic Development, Production and Family Agriculture (SEMAGRO), and is supervised by it. The proposal of the internal regulation and its amendments will be submitted to the approval of the Board of Directors, observing that the Secretary of State for Environment, Economic Development, Production and Family Agriculture and the IMASUL Chief Executive Officer, through a joint normative resolution, will carry out the publication in the Official State Gazette.
