Résumé: This Decree supplements Ministerial Decree of 21 March 1973 concerning the hygiene requirements of packages, containers and tools destined to come into contact with food or substances for personal use. In particular, it includes non alcoholic beverages in the provision laid down under article 13 ter, paragraph 2 of that Decree, relating to the use of recycled polyethylene terephthalate bottles.
