Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Decree sets forth the requirements in the sphere of environmental protection in relation to the circulation of ozone depleting substances and, in particular, to: (a) management, re-circulation (recycling), rehabilitation, treatment and rendering harmless ozone depleting substances; (b) identification, labelling of packages (containers) for storage and transportation of ozone depleting substances; and (c) inspection of the state of equipment dealing with ozone depleting substances and performance of actions in case of identification of leakage of ozone depleting substances. Owners of ozone depleting substances must ensure registration thereof. Owners of waste containing ozone depleting substances must ensure collection thereof and storage in containers complying with mandatory requirements for storage of ozone depleting substances.
