Entry into force notes: This Decree enters into force 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Résumé: This Decree, among other things, provides for the administrative sanctioning of acts of illegally exporting or transporting across the border paddy, rice, petrol, oil, forest products, precious and rare animals and plants and minerals.
