Résumé This Decree is composed of 3 articles. The ban provided for in Article 117 of the Agriculture Law No. 53/1966 shall be extended to all species of birds listed in the attached annex (art. 1). The General Authority for Veterinary Services may allow the transfer of samples of the aforementioned species for scientific or tourist purposes on the condition that such permit does not exceed more than five of each species (art. 2).
