Decree No. 10 /2012 approving the Statute of the National Institute of Meteorology (INM).

This Decree approves the Statute of the National Institute of Meteorology (INM). The above mentioned Statute, consisting of 7 Chapters and 1 Annex, specifies composition, duties and competencies of this National Institute, entitled: to preserve lives and goods; to support national economic activities in the domain of agriculture, agro-forestry, livestock, fisheries, transport and communications; to protect the environment and participate in the water resources management; to support other socio-economic activities and to exploit energy sector; and to develop international relationships in the domain of meteorology.
