This Decree enters into force on 15 September 2010.

Résumé

The objective of this Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional Development is to reduce the amount of petrol vapour emitted to the atmosphere. The present Decree, which is composed of nine articles and five Annexes, establishes technical requirements and conditions for the operation of stationary sources of air pollution operating storage facilities, filling devices and mobile containers used for storage, loading and transport of petrol from one terminal to another or from a terminal to a service station and the loading of petrol into tanks of motor vehicles and the method and requirements for identification of their compliance.
