Résumé This Decree-Law, composed of 35 articles and 15 Annexes, establishes the water use criteria and quality norms as well as its classification. In particular, it regulates the control and licensing systems, the sanctions regime and the protection measures. The aim is to protect water and to improve water quality for human consumption.
