Résumé This Decree-Law, consisting of 46 articles divided into six Chapters, establishes the General regime for the execution, conservation, updating and access to Land Registry Information. The cadastral survey regime carried out by the State applies throughout the national territory, including in the Special Administrative Region of OeCusse Ambeno, abbreviated to RAEOA:a) Directly, through its bodies and the technical teams designated by them; b) Indirectly, through a concession contract, partnership or other type of public contract. The land cadastre is an administrative, methodical and up-to-date record, with a multifunctional application, in which the characterization and identification of existing buildings in the national territory is carried out. Such a registry is composed of the description and physical composition of each building and the indication of the name or names of the holders of the property right.
