Résumé Vinegar is defined as the product obtained from the acetic fermentation of wine or other liquid resulting from the alcoholic fermentation of fruits, and complying with the requirements prescribed in the Decree-Law. The Decree-Law also specifies the types of vinegar permitted, the authorized condiments that may be added during preparation as well as additives.
