Résumé This Decree-Law, consisting of 9 Chapters, approves the legal regime for the exploitation of two National solar photovoltaic Centres in Cape Verde. It specifies the requirements to be satisfied by these two National Centres, in order to produce solar electric renewable energy. These State Centres are located in the Palmarejo area, Island of Santiago, and in Murdeira area, Island of Sal, and their concession for Energy exploitation is given to: Electricity and Water Company, S.A.R.L. (Electra), establishing that the concessionary will be responsible for the exploitation of the two centres, transportation and distribution of electric energy and treated residual water for its re-utilization and renewable energy production.
