The latter enter into force from the publication. Résumé This Decree-Law establishes a new regime for the approval of the magnetic compasses to be used on board of national vessels. It consists of 4 chapters (concerning the importance of the magnetic compass on national vessels) and 1 annex (concerning the Certificate of Magnetic Compass Adjustment, according to the corresponding table(s) of residual deviation).
