Résumé This Decree-Law, consisting of 36 articles and four Annexes, regulates the labelling of foodstuff to be delivered directly to the final consumer. The provisions of this Decree-Law applies to the labelling of foodstuffs to supply restaurants, hospitals, canteens and other similar caterers, as well as certain aspects of label presentation and advertising. Annexes list the requirements to be satisfied in labelling related to different categories of ingredients.
