Résumé

This Decree-Law regulates production, trade, storage, transport and use of veterinary products. The Regulation consists of 11 chapters and 4 annexes establishing the sanitary and technical requirements to be met in order to produce, trade and use veterinary drugs for animal health. The Decree-Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. 1); Authorization for placing on the market these products (2); Production and importation (3); Distribution of veterinary drugs (4); Labelling (5); Advertisement (6); Tests of efficacy (7); Techical Commission for the use of drugs (8); Sanctions and penalties (9); Fees (10); Final provisions (11). Annexes concern animal species and drugs to be used, information on veterinary tests (including toxicology and efficacy).
