Résumé This Decree Law amends article 1 of the Sea Law issued by the Decree Law No. 23 of 1982 as the following: “the ship is any installation or facility suitable and appropriate for navigation and works by its own equipment or sail for profit making or no-profit making; as good as all floating naval units shall be subjected to provisions of this Law on the condition that are registered in accordance with articles 1 and 2 of the Decree Law No. 14 of 1978 related to the registration of ships; and, all accessories of the ship necessary for its exploitation are considered an integral part of it”.
