Résumé This Decree-Law, consisting of 4 Chapters and 3 Annexes, approves the Regulation of Vessels Used for Maritime Tourist Activity. It establishes all the necessary requirements to perform maritime tourism activity and in particular rules for vessels used by tourism operators performing their activity on the sea and under the sea throughout the National territory. It specifies that in maritime tourism activity can be used: maritime tourist vessels; commercial vessels; fishing boats; tugs; recreational craft; boats exempt from registration; typical traditional boats.
