This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Résumé

This Decree-Law amends articles 6 and 8 of Decree-Law No. 57/2021 on the structure, organization and operating rules of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. Amended articles deal with the inclusion of the National Council for the Environment and Climate Action (CNAAC) working in collaboration with the Minister of Agriculture and the Environment, as an advisory and deliberative body on the major policy options and cooperation between public and private entities and organizations that intervene in the fields of the Environment and the Climate Action respective relationship with the national development policy.
