Résumé This Decree-Law regulates industrial transformation activity to be performed in order to avoid environmental pollution. Definition and objectives: establishing the requirements to be met for the installation of industries (Part 1); Conditions to be satisfied by industrial infrastructures, including licensing procedures (Part 2); Registration of industries (Part 3); Technical Commission (composition and competencies are specified in the text) entitled to enforce the legislation and carry out controls on this sector (Part 4); Offence and penalties to be paid for illegal activities (Part 5); Final provisions (Part 6).
