Résumé

This Decree, as in accordance with the provisions of the Macedonian Law on protection and rescue operations, provides for the implementation of rules and measures for protection and rescue from technical-technological accidents. Technical-technological accidents are events that occur as a result of oversights and mistakes in the performance of daily economic and other activities, carelessness in handling, storage, and transportation of hazardous substances, oversights, errors and defects in the technological process, non-compliance with regulations for the use of facilities and installations that cause a high degree of possible endangerment for people and material goods. These measures shall cover the protection of people who are directly involved in the process (also for large-scale events) and people, material goods and environment if affected by such events in general.
