Résumé

The national phytosanitary service shall accept the official phytosanitary certificates and the phytosanitary certificates for re-export referred to in articles 37 and 38 of Ministerial Decree of 31 January 1996 accompanying plants, plant products or other objects listed in Part B of Annex V to the same Decree, and coming from third countries which are Parties to the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC), as long as they are issued in accordance with the models attached to the present Decree and only if they have been completed taking into account the FAO International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No. 12 laying down guidelines for phytosanitary certificates.
