Résumé These amendments are made in relation with the implementation of the Directive of the Council and European Parliament concerning placing on the market of biocides. The environment criteria as laid down in the Directive as laid down in Annex VI of is thus formally implemented in the Netherlands. The Decree defines when no permission for placing on the market of biocides shall be granted, mainly in relation withy possible pollution of surface waters and groundwater.
