Résumé This Decree provides for compensation to private individuals for the cost of analyzing the presence of trichinae or cesium-137 in wild boar meat. Compensation is provided by the state, which is responsible for part of the cost to the accredited laboratory that performed the analysis for the private individual. The purpose of the Decree is to increase the amount of wild boar meat consumed in one's own private household while maintaining food safety. Compensation may be provided for the cost of analysis if it has been carried out on behalf of a private individual who does not intend to resell the wild boar meat but intends to consume the meat within his own private household, among other requisites.
