This Decree enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Résumé

This Decree (with the aim to adopt the provisions stipulated by the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organization of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Council Regulations (EEC) No. 922/72, (EEC) No. 234/79, (EC) No. 1037/2001 and (EC) No. 1234/2007) determines the modifications/adjustments as regards the necessary recognition and control of the organizations defined/classified on the Italian territory as fruit and vegetable producers, including several technical and administrative implementations.
