Résumé

At the 10th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress, it is decided that the Stockholm Convention on Lasting Organic Pollutants as adopted in Stockholm on May 22, 2001 and signed by the Chinese Government on May 23 of the same year, is hereby ratified; and that it is claimed simultaneously that under the fourth paragraph of Article 25 of the said Convention, none of the amendment to the Annex A, B or C may be binding on the People's Republic of China unless the People's Republic of China delivers its approval, acceptance, ratification or accession document.
