This Decision enters into force 30 calendar days after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Decision establishes the procedure for application of temporary sanitary, veterinary-sanitary and quarantine phytosanitary measures, in which case authorized body of a member state that has adopted such measure must inform other member states within 1 working day since its adoption and also must inform Eurasian Economic Commission within 3 working days since its adoption. Information must include the following data: (a) grounds for the introduction of the measure; (b) justification of the necessity to introduce the measure; (c) content (description) of the measure to be introduced; and (d) date of introduction of the measure. When a member state introduces a temporary veterinary and sanitary measure, other member states shall: (a) take measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection for the member state which has decided to introduce a temporary veterinary and sanitary measure; and (b) send information to the competent authorities and the Commission on the introduction of a temporary veterinary and sanitary measure in their territory or on measures taken to ensure an appropriate level of protection for the member state which has decided to introduce a temporary veterinary and sanitary measure. Competent bodies of other member states shall inform the Commission about: (a) date and time of deterioration of sanitary-and-epidemiologic situation; (b) place (republic, territory, region, province, area, settlement) in which deterioration of sanitary-and-epidemiologic situation is fixed; (c) reason of deterioration of sanitary-and-epidemiologic situation; (d) zone of spreading; and (e) taken measures and sanitary-antiepidemic arrangements under way and other measures providing an appropriate level of protection of the member state.
