Entry into force notes

This Decision shall enter into force within 30 days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of Romania.

Résumé

The Action Plan for the protection of waters against nitrate pollution from agricultural sources is hereby approved. The Commission for the application of the Action Plan for the protection of waters against nitrate pollution from agricultural sources is established, composed of specialists from the Ministry of Waters, Forests and Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Ministry of Health. In addition to the commission, there will be a support group, composed of representatives of the National Company "Apele Române"-SA, of the basin committees and of some institutes and specialized units subordinated.
