Résumé This Decision provides for the approval of the planning on Van Phong bay economic zone. The major development directions are to develop sea tourism, marine and lagoon eco-tourism, financial trade centres, industrial parks, etc. The economic zone is divided into two areas, Northern and Southern Van Phong. In these areas the functional sub-zones are: main port areas such as oil-trans shipment ports, a port for tourist passenger ships, etc.; tourist resorts; financial trade centres; urban population quarters; industrial parks; aquaculture areas. The architectural planning shall conserve and protect the natural landscape and useful ecological systems. The development of technical infrastructures shall include and improve: communications; water drainage; water supply; electricity supply; waste water drainage; environmental hygiene, etc. Texte intégral Anglais
