Decision No. 33/2005/QD-BTC providing for the regimes of collection, remittance, management and use of charges for appraising and approving seaport security assessments and seaport security plans and for granting seagoing ships' records under the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code.

This Decision prescribes the rates of charges for appraising and approving seaport security assessments and plans. Rates of charges and payers are specified in article 1 and 2. The Vietnam Maritime Administration shall organize the collection of charges which will constitute the State budget's revenues and shall be managed and used as described in article 4.
