The plans for the declaration of protected zones shall be drawn up by the Ministry of the Environment, in conjunction with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Ministry of Territorial Regulation and Tourism, the competent local governments, scientific research institutes and environmental non-profit organizations.
