Decision No. 179/2003/QD-TTg on the Goverment's Program and Plan on implementation of the resolution of the Party Central Committee's Political Bureau, the IXth Congress, on continued reorganization of state-run agricultural and forestry farms.

Aim of the present Decision is the implementation of a national state-driven plan and program to enforce the rationale use of both agricultural and forestry resources, particularly in less developed areas, offering financial and technical support and ad hoc policies. Re-allotment of land is provided for.
