Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force on the day of its adoption.
Résumé

This Decision officially adopts the terms and rules of the forest fire fighting plans (here denominated also as AIB plans, also respectful and aligned with the provisions contained in the Italian Act No. 353 on forest fires), here aimed for a period of validity from 2017 to 2021, and regarding the national State nature reserves (all on the territory of the Tuscany Region) as follows: Bibbona, Calafuria, Caselli, Tomboli of Cecina, Belagaio, Marsiliana, Duna Feniglia, Tomboli of Follonica, Poggio Tre Cancelli, Scarlino (Poggio Spedaletto), Formoli, Fungaia, Poggio Rosso, Zuccaia, Abetone, Acquerino, Campolino, Piano degli Altani, Tocchi, Cornocchia, Montecellesi, Palazzo, and Vallombrosa.
