Résumé The present Regulation implements the Dangerous Goods Transportation and Handling Act. Section 14 establishes that an application for a permit must be made n writing to the Minister or a designated person and contain the information and be accompanied by the documents specified in Schedule 2. The text consists of 28 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Adoption, with modifications, of Federal Regulations (1); Stop Orders (2); Permit for equivalent level of safety (3); Inspectors (4); General (5).
