Résumé The present Act lays down provisions relating to the transportation of dangerous goods in Saskatchewan. In particular, the Act applies to the: a) handling; b) offering for transport; and c) transportation of dangerous goods, whether or not for hire or reward. The text - consisting of 28 sections – deals with the following matters: interpretation and application, requirements respecting transportation of dangerous goods, inspection and detention and offences and penalties.
