Résumé The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Crown Minerals Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating oil and gas royalties. The text consists of 54 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: Short title, interpretation and remittance (I); Conventional oil royalty (II); Conventional oil royalty incentive (III); Enhanced oil recovery (EOR) royalty; Gas royalty (V); Gas royalty incentive (VI); General (VII).
