Résumé This Act, consisting of 81 sections divided into six Parts and completed by one Schedule, provides administrative procedures for the efficient handling of Crown land transactions, encourages fair decision making in the allocation of unalienated Crown land, and provides a system for the management of Crown land in order to achieve a balance between the social, economic and environmental needs of the community.
