This agricultural produce and other items that, from time to time, may be included within the definition of African produce shall come under the operation of the Crop Production and Livestock Act. These Rules shall apply only to areas specified in the Rules. Rules concern the packing and storage of specified produce and inspection of produce before it is placed on the market or anyhow removed from any area to which the requirement of inspection applies. No trader or consignor of African produce shall buy, sell, have on his premises any wet, unripe or mouldy African produce or African produce containing adulterating substance in excess of a specified weight.
