These Regulations apply to engines of the 2006 and later model years. The text - consisting of 26 sections - deals, inter alia, with the following matters: prescribed engines, application for authorization to apply the national emission mark, engine standards, replacement engines, transition engines, importation requirement and documents and defect information.
