Résumé

Vessels flying the flag of, or registered in, a Member State shall be prohibited from using nets with a mesh size of less than 16 mm when fishing for capelin in that part of the Convention zone which extends beyond the maritime waters falling within the fisheries jurisdiction of the Contracting Parties to this Convention. In Annex is a definition of the area covered by the Convention on future multilateral cooperation in North-East Atlantic fisheries.
