Résumé: This Decision establishes the European Union list of non-cooperating third countries provided for in article 33 of Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2008. The list includes in particular the following countries: Belize, Kingdom of Cambodia and Republic of Guinea. This list is laid down in the framework of the European Union system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing.
