Résumé This Act consisting of 8 paragraphs gives exploration permit of natural resources of the Danish Continental Shelf which are of Danish property. The Ministry of Commerce gives concession of exploitation for mineral resources and other non-living resources of the sea bed or its subsoil, and for living organisms which are: 1) either permanently attached to or in the sea bed: 2) or are unable to move without being in constant physical contact with the sea bed or its subsoil.
