Applications, permits or licences shall be in the form as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. Any person disagreeing with a decision of the Director of Physical Planning to refuse to grant a permit or licence, to suspend, or refuse to remove the suspension of a permit or licence may appeal in writing to the Minister. The Regulations also prescribe offences in relation with the making of applications.
