Résumé

This Law creates the Roraima Programme for Rural Environmental Regularization (RR SUSTENTÁVEL), with the objective of promoting the environmental regularization of rural properties and their inclusion in the Rural Environmental Registration System and/or Rural Property Environmental Licensing (SLAPR). Undertakings in operation not having granted an environmental license on the date of publication of this Complementary Law shall regularize their situation, in accordance with the environmental licensing body. The process of environmental licensing of rural properties will follow the following steps: 1. Rural Environmental Registry - CAR (consisting of the registration of rural properties with FEMACT, by electronic means, for controlling and monitoring purposes); and 2. Single Environmental License - LAU. In the exercise of its control, FEMACT will issue the LAU for the purpose of planning, installing, operating and regulating rural enterprises, with a validity of 10 years, in which all activities may be exploited in said property.
