Résumé This Complementary Law, consisting of 54 articles divided into 14 Chapters, creates the Statute of State Microenterprise, Small Business and Individual Microentrepreneur of the State of Amapá. It regulates the differentiated, simplified and favoured legal treatment granted to micro-enterprises (SMEs), small enterprises (EPPs) and individual microentrepreneurs (MEIs), in accordance with articles 146, III, 170, IX, and 179 of the Federal Constitution and Federal Complementary Law No. 123 of 14 December 2006, with its subsequent amendments. These entrepreneurs include: special funds, municipalities, state foundations, public enterprises, mixed-economy companies and other entities directly or indirectly controlled by the state administration. Their activities regard: incentive to formalize ventures; simplification of the process of registration and legalization of businessmen and legal persons; supervision; creation of a database with information, guidelines and tools available to users, ensuring easy access and preferentially, according to art. 5 of Federal Complementary Law No. 123 of 14 December 2006; simplification, rationalization and standardization of health safety, metrology, environmental control and fire prevention requirements for registration, legalization and operation of entrepreneurs and legal entities, including the definition of high-risk activities; participation in the acquisition of goods and services by state public agencies; access to credit, etc. Texte intégral Portugais Site web www.al.ap.gov.br
