The specific purpose of the Ordinance is to ensure the compatibility of land use planning with the requirements of a sustainable development keeping future generations in mind. Projects of land use planning shall be dealt with by the competent authority within 6 months. The text deals with the following issues: principles, purpose, sphere of application, preparation, documentation, and participation of the public, introduction and implementation of the proceedings, duration of validity, duty to report, transitional provisions and entry into force.
