The quality standards referred to in regulation 2 are defined in the Annex. The provisions of the Annex apply to 'Prunus amygdalus L.' almond variety that is intended to be disposed for human consumption. The standards regard the definition of produce, quality requirements (minimum requirements, classification), special provisions, sizing, quality tolerances, packaging and presentation, marking, labelling.
