The regulations contain at the outset a definition clause referring to various terms therein employed, such as “Act”, “agreement for sale”, “application”, “Deputy minister”, “land agent”, “lease”, “notification”. They apply to the sale, lease or any other disposition of Commissioner’s land or any interest in Commissioner’s land. Section 7 establishes that a person to whom a certificate of title for Commissioner’s land is to be issued shall pay a fee. The text consists of 34 sections and 2 Schedules.
